Everything you need to know about pickup!

Picking Up

When you arrive at the warehouse, please remain in your car and CALL the office and ask for Lori 801-796-6411 (please do not text as they are harder to track in our texting program.)
Once you’ve talked to Lori she will let you know to pull up to the loading door (the big rollup door).
The warehouse will get your order and come out to your car to load you and will give you your inventory sheet.

Please remember if you are early or late you might need to wait for an opening. Call and talk to Lori 🙂

Using Open Vehicles & Securing Your Load

When picking up locally, if you use a truck or open vehicle, you will need to bring tie down supplies along with a tarp for covering the order.

It is your responsibility to supply these items, and secure your load.

If you choose to not supply these items and you lose anything in your travels on the roads, you could be fined by the state an amount up to $1,000 and also face criminal charges according to Utah state law, along with having to cover the expense of the products you lost.

Signing Up

You can schedule your pickup time 2 weeks before your order closes. The office will send out a reminder with the scheduling link 1 week before your order closes. If you need to sign up earlier for any reason, just contact the office.

You must have a time scheduled by the end of order closing day. Anyone not scheduled will not be permitted to pickup their order until Friday or the following Monday.

Changing Your Time

If you need to change your time AFTER orders close, you MUST call the office! Please be aware that we normally can’t move you to an earlier time once orders close. Orders are picked and stacked according to the pickup schedule, so asking to come earlier is asking the warehouse to unstack multple orders to get to yours and usually time does not allow them to do that.

If you need to change your pickup time BEFORE orders close, just go to the email confirmation you received after signing up.

If you have a permanent time and need to change just for the current week before orders close, sign up for the new time and then let [email protected] know of your change for the current month.

Pick Up Calendar

You can always check your permanent time or current pickup time on this calendar link. By checking this calendar, you can also see what pickups are scheduled before and after you. Please be considerate of those times as many of you are traveling an hour or more to pickup and some days we have back to back pickups for an hour straight.
