Pickup Protocol During Covid-19

In order to make things as safe for all of us as possible please follow the following procedures until notified otherwise:
When you arrive at the warehouse, please remain in your car and CALL the office and ask for Lori 801-796-6411 (please do not text as they are harder to track in our texting program.)
Once you’ve talked to Lori she will let you know to pull up to the loading door (the big rollup door like usual).
The warehouse will get your order and come out to your car to load you. Please try to limit contact by remaining in your car and having your vehicle open for them to load.
Your inventory sheet will be with your dry boxes.

Please remember if you are early or late you might need to wait for an opening. Call and talk to Lori 🙂

Using Open Vehicles

When picking up locally, if you use a truck or open vehicle, you will need to bring tie down supplies along with a tarp for covering the order.

It is your responsibility to supply these items, and secure your load.

If you choose to not supply these items and you lose anything in your travels, you could be fined by the state an amount up to $1,000 and also face criminal charges according to Utah state law, along with having to cover the expense of the products you lost.
